The mission of PhotoSePDF.in is to provide candidates in India preparing for SSC, UPSC, NEET, JEE, and state-level recruitment forms with completely free, private, and fast tools to resize and convert their application photos and signatures. We believe that digital tools should be accessible to everyone without placing privacy at risk or charging high subscription fees. We aim to keep all tools 100% free with no watermarks and no hidden costs.

Technical Architecture & Security Principles

Our lead developer, Pradeep, designs tools on a serverless, local-first model. Unlike global cloud converters, PhotoSePDF.in processes raw image buffers locally using JavaScript libraries like PDF-lib and jsPDF. This local execution model reduces data transmission costs for users, works offline for returning visits via Service Workers, and completely eliminates the risk of server-side data leaks. Security is our absolute priority.
